Dain Ehring is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quantum General Intelligence Inc. A Silicon Valley veteran, Dain has spent four decades building category-defining software platforms — including Dorado, which became the backbone of modern US mortgage decisioning — at the intersection of AI, financial infrastructure, and regulated markets.

At QGI, Dain leads go-to-market and partnerships, anchoring the company in regulated industries where determinism, explainability, and defensibility are compliance requirements rather than preferences. He has served at Sun Microsystems, IBM, Unisys, and NeXT; founded Dorado and Dain Allen LLC; and served on boards across fintech, infrastructure, and enterprise software.

Dr. Sam Sammane (Ghiath Al Sammane) is Co-Founder and Chief Scientist of Quantum General Intelligence Inc. and the architect of the QGI deterministic AI stack — Q-Prime, the QAG Engine, Qualtron, Quantum Graph Memory, and Neural Symbolic Agents.

He holds a PhD in Formal Verification from Université Joseph-Fourier-Grenoble I, with 20 peer-reviewed papers across formal verification, theorem proving, decision methods, and mixed-signal circuits. His contribution to QGI is the architectural translation of formal-methods discipline into production AI: reasoning that exposes contradictions before generation, provenance preserved end-to-end, and decisions that replay identically under audit.
