If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have specific rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related data protection laws.

This page explains your rights and how to exercise them when interacting with Quantum General Intelligence Inc. ("QGI").

1. Right to Access

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This includes:

• Confirmation of whether we process your personal data
• A copy of your personal data in a commonly used format
• Information about the purposes of processing
• Categories of data and recipients
• Retention periods

2. Right to Rectification

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal data we hold about you, and to have incomplete data completed.

If we have shared your data with third parties, we will inform them of the correction where possible.

3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

You have the right to request that we delete your personal data in certain circumstances, including:

• The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
• You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
• You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
• The data has been unlawfully processed
• Legal obligation requires erasure

Note: This right is not absolute and may be limited by legal obligations or other legitimate grounds.

4. Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances:

• While we verify the accuracy of data you have contested
• If processing is unlawful and you prefer restriction over erasure
• We no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims
• While we verify whether our legitimate interests override your objection

5. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also request that we transfer this data directly to another organization where technically feasible.

This right applies to data you have provided to us and which we process based on your consent or for contract performance.

6. Right to Object

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances:

• Direct marketing: You can object at any time, and we will stop processing immediately
• Legitimate interests: You can object if processing is based on our legitimate interests
• Research/statistics: You can object unless processing is necessary for public interest

7. Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

QGI does not currently engage in automated decision-making that produces such effects. If this changes, we will provide appropriate safeguards and notify you.

8. Right to Withdraw Consent

Where we process your data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

9. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using one of the methods below. We will respond to your request within one month, though this may be extended by two additional months for complex requests.

10. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that we have violated your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. This can be done in the EU/EEA member state where you:

• Habitually reside
• Work
• Believe the infringement occurred

11. International Transfers

QGI is based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the US, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
